§ 8-33. Generally.

Except to the extent they are modified, limited or extended by the other provisions of this article, Chapter 10D-4 of the Rules of the State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Division of Health are hereby adopted, and compliance with all provisions of said Chapter 10D-4 is required hereby as fully as if said chapter were herein set forth in full.
