§ 8-23. When permits are to be issued.

No permit required by the provisions of this article shall be issued until the applicant has demonstrated to the county health department and the county water and sewer department that the public water supply shall meet the criteria of this article and the applicable rules of the State Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Division of Health.
