§ 8-19. Applications for construction permit.

All applications with plans as provided in Section 10D-4.05 of the state rules on file in the office of the Department of State promulgated by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Division of Health relating to water supplies shall constitute an application for a county health department construction permit required by the provisions of this division. One set of documents must be forwarded to the county water and sewer department for their review.
