§ 8.7-103. Municipal participation.

The provisions of this article shall apply to law enforcement impact construction occurring in both the unincorporated and incorporated areas of the county; provided, however, the provisions of this article shall not be enforced within a city unless the county and the city enter into an interlocal agreement setting forth the terms and conditions under which the provisions of this article shall be implemented within the city.
