§ 8.7-74. Imposition of library impact fees.

A.

All residential construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the county and within the municipal boundaries of any city that has consented to the imposition of the library impact fee shall pay the library impact fee as established in this article prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for such residential construction as provided in section 8.7-11, above.

B.

During the period which commenced on March 17, 2017 and continuing thereafter, all residential construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the county and within the municipal boundaries of any city that has consented to the imposition of the library impact fee shall pay the library impact fee rates in the amounts established within the library impact fee rate schedule—phase 2, which is attached hereto as appendix E and incorporated herein by reference.
