§ 8.7-63. Imposition of educational system impact fees.

A.

All residential construction occurring within the county, both within the unincorporated area and those areas within the boundaries of the cities, shall pay the educational system impact fee as established in this article at the time of issuance of a certificate of occupancy for such residential construction.

B.

During the period which commenced on March 17, 2017 and continuing thereafter, all educational system impact construction occurring within the county shall pay the educational system impact fee rates in the amounts established within the educational system impact fee rate schedule—phase 2, as set forth on appendix D hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
