§ 8.7-14. Alternative collection of fees.

In the event the impact fees are not paid prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the affected capital facilities impact construction, such fees shall be collected by any other method which is authorized by law, unless otherwise exempted pursuant to this chapter.
