§ 8.5-95. Local housing assistance plan.

The Polk County board of county commissioners shall adopt, by resolution, a local housing assistance plan as defined in F.S. § 420.9071(14), to be implemented through a local housing partnership as defined in F.S. § 420.9071(18), and which meets the requirements for such plan as set out in F.S. § 420.9075.
