§ 8.5-93. Definitions.

Definitions set out in Section 420.9071, Florida Statutes (2002) as part of the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Act are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. Subsequent amendments, revisions, or repeal or those referenced definitions shall apply to this ordinance as if fully set out herein.
