§ 7-63. Definitions.

[As used in this article:]
(1)

"Division" shall mean the Polk County fire services division.

(2)

The terms "fireworks", "sparklers", "retailer", "wholesaler", "distributor", and "manufacturer" shall have the same meaning as specified in Section 791.01, Florida Statutes.
