§ 5-169. Service work generally.

The placement or replacement including utility connections, skirting and tie-down of mobile homes in mobile home parks having a current annual operation permit on lots having existing connections for potable water, electricity and waste water approved by the building and zoning codes department shall be considered service work, and may be performed by the owner of the mobile home who installs the home for the purpose of occupancy by him (not for renting to others) or by contractors registered under this article after obtaining the required mobile home set-up permit from the building and zoning codes department.
