§ 5-148. Compliance required.

(a)

No person shall locate or place in use as a dwelling place a mobile home on any site without complying with the standards established by the provisions of this article.

(b)

No property owner shall permit any other person to locate or place in use as a dwelling place a mobile home on the said owner's property unless said mobile home is so located or placed in accordance with the requirements of the provisions of this article.
