Ord. No. 00-09, adopted Mar. 1, 2000, repealed Ord. No. 92-05 from which §§ 5-1—5-4 derived, and which pertained to building and mobile home set-up permits. Similar provisions are now found in the Land Development Code on file in the office of the county clerk.
