§ 5.5-17. Forfeiture of additional gain time.

Any additional gain time awarded an inmate in accordance with the provisions of this article is subject to forfeiture for the same violations and under the same conditions and circumstances as set forth for the forfeiture of basic gain time as provided by Section 951.21, Florida Statutes.
