§ 5.5-16. Gain time established herein is additional to basic gain time.

Gain time allowances established by this article are in addition to such good conduct statutory time credits allowed county prisoners in accordance with Section 951.21, Florida Statutes. In the event that both incentive and meritorious gain time awards are recommended for an individual inmate during a single month, the total award therefore may not exceed five (5) days.
