§ 4.4-17. Governmental and public facility outlets; emergency use by government.

A franchisee shall:

(a)

Provide at least one service outlet to each governmental and other public facility, including public schools within its franchise area at no cost to the governmental agency or school involved, and shall charge only its out-of-pocket costs for any additional service outlets to such facilities.

(b)

Make its facilities immediately available to the county upon request during the course of any emergency or disaster.

(c)

Designate and provide one government access channel for the franchising authority's use.
