Chapter 4.4. CABLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

§ 4.4-1. Purpose; scope.

This chapter is enacted under the home rule power of the county for the purposes of providing necessary regulations for the installation, use and merchandising of cable television systems in the interest of the citizens, residents and inhabitants of Polk County. This chapter shall apply to and be enforced within all areas of Polk County not within the boundaries of any municipality of the county.
