§ 4.2-46. Use and operation—Prohibited.

(a)

No person or legal entity, through its officers, agents or employees, shall start, operate within or upon, launch from, dock at, anchor to or from the premises of county park facilities at Lake Rosalie or Lake Pierce.

(b)

No person or legal entity through its officers, agents or employees, shall operate within or upon four hundred (400) feet of the established mean high water or ordinary high water line, whichever is greater, of the shoreline, of the county park facilities at Lakes Rosalie and Pierce.

(c)

The board of county commissioners may, by resolution, create temporary exceptions to the prohibitions contained in this section in order to accommodate special events that serve a public purpose. Such temporary exceptions may be conditioned. The sheriff's department shall be notified of any such exception.
