§ 4.2-16. Imposed.

Pursuant to Section 327.22, Florida Statutes, there is hereby imposed an annual county registration fee on vessels required to be registered by the State of Florida and which are operated or stored in Polk County, Florida, in the amount of fifty (50) per cent of the applicable state registration fee as provided in Section 327.25, Florida Statutes. These fees are an addition to all state registration fees.
