§ 3-22. Actions county may take for misrepresentations in certificate application.

The misrepresentation of any facts in an application for certificate of zoning approval (COZA) shall be cause for the county to withdraw such certification and to recommend revocation of any license issued pursuant to such application and the county may apply to the circuit court to enjoin the continued operations of any business, the location of which gained approval by such misrepresentation.
