§ 3-20. Certificate application procedures generally.

  • (a)

    Applications for certificate of zoning approval shall be submitted to the appropriate officials designated by the board of county commissioners. Applications shall be accepted only when they comply with the requirements of this section.

    (b)

    The application shall include:

    (1)

    Fully completed form furnished by the Department of Business Regulation, Division of Beverage submitted in triplicate.

    (2)

    Legal description of the proposed site.

    (3)

    A plat or drawing including the following information:

    a.

    Dimensions of the site.

    b.

    Locating all existing and proposed structures on the site.

    c.

    Locating any churches and schools within three thousand (3,000) feet of the property and showing the distance between the properties.

    (4)

    Application processing fee, in cash or check, payable to the board of county commissioners in such amount as may be established by resolution of the board.
