§ 3-17. Definitions.

The following terms when used in this article shall be construed to have the meanings described as follows:

Division: The State of Florida, Department of Business Regulation, Division of Beverage or such successor agency as may, by law, be assigned jurisdiction over alcoholic beverage regulation.

COZA: A certificate of zoning approval, Division of Beverage Form Number DBR-712L or such successor form as may be required by the division as a prerequisite to consideration of an application for a license to sell alcoholic beverages in the state.
