§ 2-220. Authority of code enforcement officer to issue citations for violations of county codes and ordinances.

  • A code enforcement officer is authorized to issue a citation to any person when, based upon personal investigation, and not necessarily personal knowledge, the officer has reasonable cause to believe that the person has violated any of the duly enacted county codes or ordinances enumerated by the board pursuant to section 2-219 above.
