§ 2-121. Legislative intent.

It is the intent of this division to promote, protect and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the unincorporated area of Polk County by abating public nuisances through the Polk County Nuisance Abatement Board as provided in Section 893.138, Florida Statutes (1987).
