§ 2-114. Creation of the code enforcement fines account.

The board of county commissioners shall cause all administrative fines assessed and the proceeds resulting from the imposition of all liens levied pursuant to this division to be paid into a separate revenue account, which is hereby created. Said account shall be known as the "Code Enforcement Fines Account."
