§ 2-112. Appeals to the circuit court.

An aggrieved party, including the Polk County Board of County Commissioners, may appeal a final administrative order of the code enforcement special magistrate to the tenth judicial circuit court with venue in Polk County. An appeal shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the execution of the written order to be appealed.
