§ 2-79. Effect of division on previous actions.

Latest version.

This act [division] shall not be construed as affecting any action, right or liability of the Polk County Historical Commission heretofore taken or existing on the effective date of this act [division], nor shall this act [division] require reappointment of any member duly appointed to the Polk County Historical Commission by the governor prior to the effective date of this act [division].
