§ 2-29.1. 1982 program—Established.

Pursuant to Section 112.215, Florida Statutes, there is hereby established a Polk County deferred compensation program made available by the National Association of Counties and administered by and through the Public Employees Benefit Services Corporation. This program is in addition to and supplements that deferred compensation program which was created by the Polk County board of county commissioners through Polk County Ordinance No. 77-13 and resolution of the board of county commissioners dated the twenty-third day of August, 1977.
