§ 2-2. Allowable forms of the official seal of Polk County.

The official seal of Polk County, Florida, may be affixed to county documents by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, and his or her designees. The official seal of Polk County may be affixed by either an impression seal or a stamp.
