§ 12-177. Exemptions.

The following shall be considered exempt from this article:
(a)

Any person who transports domestic wastewater residuals only on the site of a wastewater treatment plant.

(b)

Products which are certified to be Class AA (exceptional quality) as defined in 40 CFR, Part 503 and Chapter 62-640, F.A.C.
