§ 12-174. Adoption of state and federal rules by reference.

The following rules, as may be renumbered or redesignated from time to time, are hereby adopted by this reference as fully as if set forth herein as Polk County's regulatory standards and procedures governing the application and disposal of residuals, septage and sludges except to the extent modified by this article:
