§ 12-159. Variances.

Variances from specific requirements of this article shall be considered by the appropriate municipalities on a case by case basis to the extent that the granting of such variance will not adversely impact the quality of the receiving water or relieve a person from any federal, state or local requirements which may apply. Notification of variance application shall be provided to the owners of all MS4's within Polk County.
