§ 12-149. Applicability.

The regulations herein set forth shall apply to all the unincorporated areas of Polk County and within the corporate limits of each Polk County municipality. Charter provisions or ordinances within municipalities that are in conflict with the provisions of this article shall take precedence and shall be used to supplement the requirements of this article.
