§ 12-129. Intent and purpose.

It is the intent and purpose of this division to protect the water resources of Polk County from inefficient use at all times and over-utilization during periods of water shortage by assisting the Southwest Florida Water Management District in the implementation of its year-round water conservation measures and water shortage plan.
