§ 12-233. Applicability.

The regulations herein set forth shall apply to the unincorporated areas of Polk County and the incorporated areas of those municipalities that have not adopted an ordinance regulating the application of fertilizer on the effective date of this article. This article shall not be applicable in the incorporated areas of those municipalities which adopt an ordinance regulating the application of fertilizer subsequent to the effective date of this article as of the effective date of the municipal ordinance.

All references to state or federal law, statute, or code shall include any amendment to or superseding law, statute, or code.
