§ 12-77. Publication of notice of application for franchise.

The commission shall cause notice to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county, that the application for a franchise has been filed. The notice shall briefly describe the area sought by the applicant and shall specify the meeting date designated by the commission for consideration of the application. The notice shall be given at least ten (10) days before the designated meeting date.
