§ 12-30. Variances.

The BOCC may grant variances from the provisions of this article provided the applicant presents evidence of compliance with section 12-28, "Appeals process", above, and demonstrates that compliance with the literal terms of this article is impossible or will result in undue hardship. It shall be the burden of the applicant to demonstrate that the granting of the variance will neither subvert the spirit or intent of this article nor be prejudicial to the interests of PCU's customers.
