The utilities code committee, as defined in section 21-20, "Definitions", above, shall
be charged with updating the seven (7) reference manuals on a periodic basis in accordance
with section 12-27, "Reference manual revision procedure" below, to systematically evaluate and approve
products in accordance with the "Utilities Standards and Specifications Manual", and
perform all other duties as established by this article. The chairperson of the utilities
code committee shall be selected by and from the members of the utilities code committee
on an annual rotating basis.
