§ 11-149. Annual excessive bulk waste assessment roll.

(a)

The county manager shall prepare, or direct the preparation of, the annual excessive bulk waste assessment roll, which shall contain the following:

(1)

A summary description of the parcels, subject to the annual excessive bulk waste assessment, conforming to the description contained on the tax roll;

(2)

The name of the owner of the parcel; and

(3)

The amount of the excessive bulk waste assessment to be imposed against each parcel.

(b)

The annual excessive bulk waste assessment roll shall be retained by the division and shall be open to public inspection. The foregoing shall not be construed to require that the annual excessive bulk waste assessment roll be in printed form if the amount of the excessive bulk waste assessment for each parcel of property can be determined by use of a computer terminal available to the public.
