§ 11-147. Declaration that collection of excessive bulk waste provide a special benefit to assessment property.

Based upon the legislative findings stated in section 11-141, above, the board hereby declares that the collection and disposal of excessive bulk waste by the county generated from a parcel provide a special benefit to the parcel.
