§ 11-92. Remedies.

In addition to the penalties provided herein, the county shall have recourse to all remedies provided in law and at equity to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter, including temporary and permanent injunctive relief and the recovery of damages. Each day a violation of this chapter continues unabated shall be deemed a separate violation of same for penalty purposes.
