§ 11-55. Annual residential waste program services assessment roll.

  • (a)

    The county manager shall prepare, or direct the preparation of, the annual residential waste program services assessment roll, which shall contain the following:

    (1)

    A summary description of all assessment property conforming to the description contained on the tax roll.

    (2)

    The name of the owner of the assessment property.

    (3)

    The amount of the residential waste program services assessment to be imposed against each such parcel of assessment property.

    (b)

    The initial annual residential waste program services assessment roll shall be retained by the county manager and shall be open to public inspection. The foregoing shall not be construed to require that the annual residential waste program services assessment roll be in printed form if the amount of the residential waste program services assessment for each parcel of property can be determined by use of a computer terminal available to the public.
