§ 11-53. Declaration that residential waste program services provide a special benefit to assessment property.

Based upon the legislative determinations stated in section 11-2, above, the board hereby declares that the county's residential waste program services provide a special benefit to assessment property within Polk County that is improved by the existence of a building.
