§ 11.8-27. Repeal of ordinance and rules of regulations, ratification and renewal of certificates issued pursuant to repealed ordinances and ratification of repeal of previous ordinances.

Polk County Ordinance 10-066 is hereby repealed. All certificates issued pursuant Polk County Ordinances 97-38 and 10-066 are hereby ratified and the service provider may continue services approved pursuant the applicable ordinance until current certificate expires. Upon expiration of current certificate, service provider may request renewal of certificate pursuant to the provisions of this article for the type of service described in this article that includes the level of service contained in the expired certificate. Rules and regulations previously adopted are hereby repealed.
