§ 11.6-19. Repeal of article provisions under certain conditions.

Upon petition of fifteen (15) per cent, or more, of the electors of Polk County, the board of county commissioners shall cause an election to be held for the repeal of this article and the tourist development tax levied, subject only to any outstanding revenue bonds for which the tax has been pledged.
