§ 11.5-30. Trees.

The following provisions shall apply to trees (nursery stock):

(a)

Height: Legal.

(b)

Width: Up to ten (10) feet.

(c)

Weight: Legal.

(d)

Length 40 feet maximum:

(1)

Hauling permitted on single unit straight truck.

(2)

Hauling permitted during daylight hours, week days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

(3)

Blanket permits permissible.

55 feet maximum:

(1)

Hauling permitted on tree crane or boom truck so designed to stabilize and suspend the load to the rear of the vehicle.

(2)

Hauling permitted during daylight hours, week days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

(3)

Blanket permits permissible.

65 feet maximum:

(1)

Hauling permitted on truck-trailer combination only.

(2)

Hauling permitted during daylight hours, week days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

(3)

Blanket permits permissible.

(e)

Remarks: Movements requiring dimensions greater than above to be considered on trip or job basis only.
