§ 10-117. Waste clay areas.

Reclamation of waste clay settling areas subject to mandatory reclamation under Section 16C-16, Florida Administrative Code, must be completed within eight (8) years after the placement of the last slimes or waste. A variance to this time period may be granted by the board where mineralogy requires a longer settling period. In no event shall reclamation exceed fifteen (15) years after the placement of the last slimes or waste.
