§ 10-115. Generally.

All applicable state regulations for reclamation and restoration of mined lands as promulgated by the Florida Department of Natural Resources shall be adhered to by the operator/applicant. Proof by DNR of a violation of these regulations may constitute grounds for suspension of an operating permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this article.
