§ 10-108. Setbacks from cemeteries/public recreation areas.

A setback of one hundred (100) feet shall be required for mining related activities occurring adjacent to land used as a cemetery or adjacent to public recreation areas. This setback shall not apply to lands conveyed by a mining company to a public entity.
