§ 10-102. Conceptual mine plan amendments.

Latest version.

A request for an amendment to an approved mine plan may be submitted at any time for staff review and shall contain the information outlined in section 10-100 for conceptual mine plans. All requests for modifications shall require application, as outlined in section 10-100 and approval by the board.
